Microsoft has updated its authorization criteria for Direct Bill Partners, Distributors (formerly Indirect Providers), and Indirect Resellers. These changes will take effect starting October 1, 2025, and will apply to your anniversary dates following that enforcement period.
Under the new requirements, only partners with over $1 million in global CSP revenue will be eligible to remain as Direct CSP partners. This is a significant increase from the current threshold of $300,000.
